We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 to ensure our customers receive their packages in a timely and hassle-free manner.

- Express Shipping:  3-7 business days.  
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote locations may take 7-12 days.  
- Global Shipping: Available from our warehouses in the USA, Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Hong Kong, ensuring expedited delivery based on proximity. We will ship from the nearest warehouse according to the customer's order address.We cover all taxes, fees, customs duties, and import taxes, ensuring a transparent checkout experience.

Order Processing  
We pride ourselves on efficient order processing, aiming to prepare and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive a detailed order confirmation within 2-4 business days of placing your order.

Shipping Carriers  
Orders are typically shipped through Amazon, which functions as our logistics partner, selecting the most suitable carriers, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, and YunExpress, to ensure timely delivery.

Multiple Items in One Order  
We strive to ship all items in a single order together. However, different products may be shipped separately depending on available shipping options. You will receive shipment notification emails for each dispatched item.

 

Address Changes  
Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 240 minutes of placing it. After this time, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees if the order is canceled.

Important Notes:  
- If an incorrect address is provided, and this results in a lost or unrecoverable package, the customer assumes responsibility for the loss. GOLEPOS will not replace or refund such orders.
